Sports Performance Training

Each sport brings specific challenges to your body and we are specially trained to deliver programs that help prevent common issues related to specific sports.

For example, we are distinguished for our program to help golfers prepare for their season and avoid painful shoulder injuries. Owner Scott Ogren has earned his TPI certification designed for golf teaching professionals and knows what your challenges will be and how to overcome them.

Ogren was also a longtime competitive Freestyle skier (he was a member of the United States Freestyle Ski Team and an Olympic hopeful before being sidelined with a severe knee injury) and has deep knowledge of how the body responds to the stresses of this and other sports.

Whether you are getting ready for baseball, softball or tennis season, or preparing to run your first marathon, we can ensure that you take the advance training you need to help avoid injuries in the sport of your choice.
